PER COURT :- Directions were already issued to the scrutiny committee to decide the proceedings in respect of tribe claim of the petitioner by the end of January, 2019 in Writ petition No.13445 of 2018 filed by the petitioner. It is submitted that the committee has referred the matter to the vigilance.

In the light of that, committee shall decide the proceedings in respect of tribe claim of the petitioner under any circumstance, within three months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. Petitioner shall appear before the committee on 24.12.2019. Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.

Till the validation proceedings is decided, the employer shall not take adverse action against the petitioner only on the ground that the validation proceeding is pending.
