This is an application for condonation of delay of 3792 days with a prayer to bring on record respondent no.2A-H as a legal representative of respondent no.2A in the earlier civil application. Respondent No.2A-H was erroneously left out to be included in the earlier Civil Application.

Respondent no.2A-H is duly served. He has not appeared. His name is allowed to be included in the earlier Civil Application, which was filed for bringing on record the legal heirs of the respondent no.2A. The delay is condoned and the Civil Application is disposed of accordingly.
