These applications are filed for bringing LR's of deceased appellant No.2 and respondent No.2A, 3A and 3B on record by condoning delay caused in making application to that effect.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that there is no intentional delay on the part of the applicants in not bringing LR's of the concerned deceased person on record in time.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the applications, this Court is also view that no malafides can be attributed to the appellants in not taking steps to bring LR's of deceased on record in time. In the interest of justice, delay deserves to be condoned. Applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause 'A' and 'B'. Amendment to be carried out within two weeks.
