The learned advocate for the applicant prays for suspension of sentence and grant of bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, during pendency of the criminal revision application, the execution of sentence awarded to the applicant is suspended and the applicant be released on bail on executing P.R. bond of Rs.15,000/- with one surety of the like amount. The bail shall be furnished before the trial court.
