1) The application is filed for recalling or modifying the order made against the present applicant directing her to pay cost of Rs.15,000/- to the Zilla Parishad.

2 CA 15340 of 2017 2) Notice is given to the other side counsel and both the sides are heard.

3) This Court had directed the petitioner in the writ petition to pay the cost as the petitioner had not joined immediately the new posting as per the general transfers. The applicant from C.A. No.15340 of 2017 did not join the new posting even after receiving the transfer order. The learned counsel submitted that as there was status quo granted she did not join. This cannot be a reason for non payment of cost and for seeking recalling of the order. Interim relief granted by this Court is always subject to ultimate decision of the matter and so the petitioner is bound to pay the cost. So, Civil Application No.15340 of 2017 is liable to dismissed. It is accordingly dismissed. The orders are to be considered by the Zilla Parishad for taking further action or for reconsideration of action if any contemplated.
