on instructions states that the amount of TDS was remitted to the Income Tax Department, however, there was an error and correction statement is required to be submitted. For that, guidance is sought from the Income Tax Department.

The TDS is deducted in January 2015.

The Respondents shall take corrective measures for depositing the TDS amount with the Income Tax Department expeditiously and the said exercise shall be completed within three (3) months.
