Mr. Deshpande, learned A.S.G. submits that challenge to the Haj Policy is subjudice before the Apex Court in Writ Petition No. 1155 of 2017 and the Apex Court is ceased with the matter. 2.

In view of that, it will not be possible for this court to pass any order in the present petition. Naturally, the parties would be governed by the orders passed by the Apex Court. 3.

In the light of above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
