The grievance of the petitioner is that petitioner is not allowed to appear for the Maharashtra Teachers Aptitude and Intelligence Test 2017, on the ground of difference in name in the application and the documents such as Aadhaar Card.

Mr.Nikam, learned counsel on instructions submits that the petitioner would be allowed to appear for the Teachers Aptitude and Intelligence Test, 2017 on 21.12.2017, for the first Batch. The result would be declared on verification of the documents. The Respondents will have right to verify the documents and satisfy themselves about the identity of the petitioner.

The Writ Petition accordingly stands disposed of. No costs.
