ORDER :- 1.

Learned A.G.P., states that the matter is before the Committee and it is being heard today.

While the petitioner's claim for validity of certifcate issued to him of being "Thakur -scheduled tribe", is pending before the Committee and while the petitioner has been necessitated since the letter had been issued on 23.08.2019 demanding validity certifcate, it appears to be expedient that respondent no.3 awaits decision by respondent no.2 - Committee and till such decision, no coercive action be taken against the petitioner.

We expect that claim of the petitioner would be decided by respondent no.2-Committee in right earnest, within a period of a month from today.
