Mr. Gadhe, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Education officer has directed the petitioner to officiate as an In-charge Headmaster. The petitioner would withdraw the contempt petition with liberty to agitate as and when the approved body is in power.

Learned counsel for respondent no. 3 submits that the petitioner is already terminated by the

We need not enter into the said debate in the present contempt petition. As the request is made for withdrawal of the contempt petition, contempt petition is disposed of as withdrawn. The parties may take further steps as may be permissible in law. Liberty is granted to the parties to take further steps as may be permissible in law. No costs.
