Mr. Gadhe, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner does not press the contempt petition. However, the Registrar (Judicial) be directed to prepare the Decree as per Chapter 14 Rule 21 of the Bombay High Court Appellate Side Rules, 1960.

Mr. Salunke, the learned counsel for the respondent does not dispute that the Decree can be prepared pursuant to the order passed in the Writ Petition No. 9123 of 2015.
