The learned AGP submits that the petitioners have an efficacious statutory remedy of filing a second revision, in view of the judgment of the Honourable Apex Court in the case of Gurudassing Nawoosing Panjwani Vs. State of Maharashtra ( 2016) 2 SCC 213].

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. 3.

If the petitioners file their second revision within six weeks from today, the time spent by them in this Court from 18.12.2017 until six weeks from today, would be considered as a good ground for condonation of delay.
