The contention of the petitioner is that house bearing No.240 was acquired. The name of the petitioner was not mentioned in the notification and the award. The petitioner's father filed Reference U/s 30 of the Land Acquisition Act and the same was settled and the

2 W.P.No.15079/17 compensation amount was paid to the father of the petitioner.

We have heard Mr.Navandar, learned counsel for the Respondent.

According to the petitioner, he could not place the documents of the Civil Court in the Reference U/s 30 of the Land Acquisition Act before the Respondent No.4.

The petitioner may place the relevant documents with the Respondent No.4.

The Respondent No.4 shall reconsider the case of the petitioner with regard to his claim of Project Affected Person and take decision on its own merits, preferably within one month.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
