The petitioner has put-forth prayer clause B, which reads as under :- "B. By issuing writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ order or direction in the like nature, the impugned order dated 04/10/2016 passed by the Ld. Additional Collector Osmanabad, in file No.2016/ROR/KAVI/868, and the order dated 29/10/2016 passed by the Ld. Sub-Divisional Officer Kallamb, in File No.2016-ROR-KAVI-235 may kindly be quashed and set aside."

Considering the innocuous prayer seeking a decision in the pending legal proceedings before the Additional District Collector, this petition is disposed off, with a direction to respondent no.2 to grant reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the parties and decide the pending proceedings, as expeditiously as possible, and in any case, on or before 30th August, 2022.
