The learned Advocate for the applicant submits that the present application is moved by Sau. Rukhmini Babasaheb Solanke Solunke.

947 CA 14816-2023 He submits that in the Reference Court Award the same is mentioned as "Rukhmini Balasaheb Soluanke' and in the First Appeal No.3482/2023 name of the appellant is shown as 'Rukhmini Balasaheb Solunke.

The learned Advocate for the applicant submits that in all these places the other details of the applicant are same. The age is 52 years, occupation Agriculturists, resident of Shivsamadhan Col, Itkheda Parisar, Tq:Dist: Aurangabad. He submits that all the above names are of one and the same person i.e. Rukhmini Babasaheb Solunke and that the minor errors have occurred. 3.

Since the person is one and the same, the application is allowed and in all places the applicant 'Rukhmini Babasaheb Solunke' be shown.
