PER COURT :- We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. The seizure of vehicle is after the amendment to section 48(7)(8) of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966. As per

{2} wp 15068.19 & others.odt the amendment even the authorities below the rank of Tahsidlar are authorized to seize the vehicle. The petitioners have an alternate remedy.

In the light of that, writ petitions are disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to avail alternate remedy. All contentions are kept open.
