This application is for condonation of delay of 90 days caused in preferring second appeal against judgment and decree passed in RCA No. 100/2012.

Perusal of the application shows that for administrative reason the delay has been caused which cannot be termed as deliberate or intentional. No prejudice muchless any irreparable loss will cause to the contesting respondent if the delay is condoned. Hence application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'A'.

Appeal be registered.
