This appeal is placed before us in today's National Lok Adalat. Mr. V. R. Kulkarni holding for Mr. Mohit R. Deshmukh, learned counsel for the appellant / Insurance Company is present. Mr. P. C. Mayure, learned counsel for respondent No. 1 / original claimants is present. Both parties are also present. 2.

The learned Advocates for both the parties submitted that they have amicably settled the lis.

The learned Advocate for appellant also placed on record the compromise terms and afdavit before us which are marked as Article - 'X' collectively for the purpose of identifcation. 955-fa-848-21.odt

As such the appeal is disposed of in terms of the said compromise terms and afdavit (Article- 'X') collectively. 5.

The appellant shall be entitled to withdraw the amount which is deposited in Labour Court, Jalna.

The amount in terms of aforesaid compromise terms which is deposited in this Court be disbursed to parties. 7.

It appears that respondent No. 3 Shital has now married with one Nyaneshwar Javre and, therefore, she is permitted to withdraw the amount of her share in her new name as mentioned in pursis dated 24.01.2022 annexed with compromise terms Article 'X'.

The Court fee refund certifcate be issued as per the provisions under the Maharashtra Court Fees Act, 1959. 9.
