The Petitioners claim that the proposals dated 12.03.2022 are pending before the Deputy Director of Education. Copies of the same are not placed on record. It is prayed that the proposals may be decided within a time frame.

In view of the above, these Petitions are disposed off. We expect Respondent No.2 to deal with the proposals of the Petitioners on their own merits by scrutinizing and verifying the records, if pending.

Let an order be passed on the proposals of the Petitioners within 60 days. In the event of any deficiencies, the Authority would point out the deficiencies to the Management and it would be the responsibility of the Management to remove the deficiencies and submit the proposal.
