Heard learned counsel for the applicants / claimants. 2.

This is an application for condonation of delay of 188 days. The respondents though served, but failed to appear. Thus, considering the statutory right of the applicants and the reasons mentioned in the application, Civil Application stands allowed and the delay of 188 days stands condoned, subject to condition that the applicants shall not claim any interest for the aforesaid delay period.
