ORDER :- The applicant seeks to recall the conditional order dated 13.10.2022 consequent to which the writ petition has been dismissed. Applicant also prays to condone delay of 394 days caused in filing present application for restoration.

Considering reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (B) and (C) subject to condition that the applicant shall remove the office objections within a period of two weeks and also deposit cost of Rs. 2000/- with the High Court Bar Library.
