The applicant is seeking condonation of delay of 142 days.

The learned Counsel for the respondent Nos.1 and 3 Pooja K.

However considering the statutory right of the applicant the delay of 142 days stands condoned subject to condition of the applicant shall not claim any interest for the aforesaid period of delay.
