Parties have amicably settled the dispute. Respondent no.2 - informant had filed affidavit to that effect, which is marked as "X-1". 3.

Considering the fact that the parties have amicably settled their disputes and they have decided to separate from each other and decree of dissolution of marriage in terms of section 13(1)(B) of the Hindu Marriage Act is passed by the competent Court on 21st November, 2023, the application deserves to be allowed. It is allowed in terms of prayer clauses "A" and "AA".
