Heard learned counsel for the petitioners in both the petitions. 2.

In Writ Petition No.13186 of 2024, following main prayer is made :- "B) By issuing writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or directions in the like nature, this Honourbale Court may be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to decide the 1 / 2

919-WP-13186-24+1.odt representation dated 8/7/2024 in respect allotment of plot no.282 to the petitioner of village Deoli, Taluka Gangapur District Aurangabad on the basis of order dated 9/6/2005 passed by the District Collector, Aurangabad as earliest by stipulating time which this Honourable Court deems fit."

In Writ Petition No. 228 of 2024, following main prayer is made :- "(B) To direct the Collector, Aurangabad to dispose off the false complaint dt. 23.10.2023 and 30.10.2023 in view of the earlier enquiry and reports on record and for that, necessary orders may kindly be issued."

It is clear that in both the writ petitions, the petitioners have prayed for directions to the respondent - District Collector, Aurangabad to decide the complaints/applications/representations which according to the petitioners are pending with him. Without going into the merits of the petitions, both the petitions stand disposed of with the following directions :- The respondent - District Collector, Aurangabad shall consider and decide the complaints/applications/representations mentioned in the above referred prayer clauses on their own merits and in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
