Respondent Nos.4 and 5 have already been appointed as the 'Headmaster' of the two different Schools. According to the Petitioner, both the said Respondents have been temporarily appointed as the 'Headmaster' and both have been granted temporary approval. The Petitioner claims to be the senior most teacher. The Petitioner wants to occupy one of the two positions. He prays that the Education Department may take a decision on his representation.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off. We expect Respondent No.2/Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Nanded to decide the representation of the Petitioner within a period of 60 days from today in accordance with the provisions of law.
