Heard learned counsel for the applicant - Acquiring Body as well as learned counsel for respondents - original claimants and learned AGP for respondent No. 2 - State.

This is an application for bringing the L.Rs. of deceased respondent No. 1 on record. Mr. Sontakke, learned counsel, who is appearing on behalf of L.Rs. of deceased respondent No. 1-Vishwanath Krishna Khandekar has no objection to bring them on record. 3.

In view of aforesaid submission, application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses "B & C". The delay caused in filing the present application for bringing L.Rs. Of the deceased on record stands condoned. The abatement of the proceeding following death of deceased respondent stands quashed and set aside. The applicantappellant to carry out necessary amendment within two weeks from today.
