Learned counsel for applicants submits that in the Second Appeal No. 478/2019, no notice has been issued to the respondent.

Perusal of the application shows that delay in bringing applicants on record is not intentional. In the interest of justice, application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'B' and 'C'. Amendment be carried out within two weeks.
