Applicants apprehend arrest in connection with Crime No. 0441/2023 registered with Hingoli Rural Police Station, District Hingoli, for the offences punishable under Sections 332, 353, 435 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 3 and 4 of the Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act. 2.

Learned counsel for the Applicants submits that investigation into the crime is over and charge-sheet is filed and as such there is no impediment in allowing the application. 3.

Learned APP opposed the application.

Record indicates that interim relief was granted to the Applicants on 12.12.2023. They were directed to co-operate in the investigation.

Now, charge-sheet is filed meaning thereby investigation is complete. Custodial interrogation of the Applicants is not necessary. There is nothing on record to indicate that the Applicants have flouted conditions of interim relief. In view of this, application is allowed in terms of the interim order. ( R. M. JOSHI) Judge dyb
