This application is filed by claimants for withdrawal of entire amount along with accrued interest.

Indisputably, in connected matters, this Court has permitted the claimants to withdraw 50% amount of compensation without, any condition and 50% amount of compensation, on furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this Court, vide order dated 02.12.2021 passed in civil application No.12797/21 in FA/2353/2019 with connected matters.

In the light of above, civil application is allowed. S.P. Rane
