Deceased Mirabai is the respondent No.1 in the First Appeal and applicant No.1 in the cross-objection. 3.

For the reasons stated in the application and as there is no

937 CA 1980-2024 objection from other side, the application is allowed. Legal heirs of deceased Mirabai be brought on record in Cross-objection No.53 of 2021 and in First Appeal No.2207 of 2014. Amendment be carried out before the next date.
