PER COURT:- 1.

Mr. Mundhe, learned counsel submits that the false affidavit was filed before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal. Relying upon the false affidavits filed by the respondents, Tribunal negatived the claim of the petitioner. The learned counsel submits that as false affidavit is filed, enquiry be directed against the persons who have filed false affidavits.

If according to the petitioner forgery is committed, the same has been committed before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal and the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal would be the appropriate authority to take cognizance in case false affidavit is filed before it.

In light of that, writ petition is disposed of. It is for the petitioner to avail the appropriate remedy before the Tribunal as is permissible.

In that event, all contentions kept open.

No costs.
