The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits that their representation (undated) which is received by the Office of Respondent No.4 Additional Commissioner, Tribal Development Department, Amravati Division on 16.10.2023, be considered in the light of their prayer for grant of one step promotional pay scale as per the GR dated 06.08.2002 and the revised rules applicable.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off with a direction to Respondent No.4 to deal with the representation of the Petitioners and respond to the same within 60 days. The decision be communicated to the first Petitioner without further delay after the same is arrived at.
