Learned AGP places on record the copy of the order dated 05/02/2018, delivered by the District Supply Officer, Nanded, pursuant to the directions of this Court dated 19/06/2017 in Writ Petition No. 10086/2016.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner had appeared before the revenue authorities on 01/07/2017 and is not aware as to how the proceedings were concluded in his absence. Nevertheless, she submits that the petitioner now desires to challenge the order dated 05/02/2018. 3.

Considering the above, this petition is disposed of. Needless to state, the petitioner would be entitled to take

recourse to such a remedy against the order dated 05/02/2018, passed by the District Supply Officer, Nanded, as is permissible in law.
