The present application is filed for transfer of the Divorce Petition filed by the husband bearing Hindu Marriage Petition No.11 of 2023 in the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Kandhar, District Nanded to the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Udgir.

Heard the learned Advocate for the applicant and respondent. It is the contention of the applicant that the applicant and respondent got married on 25/05/2020 and they have a child. The child is with the applicant. It is further submitted that on account of certain matrimonial dispute now the applicant is staying at Udgir, District Latur along with her parents and child. She also submits that she is house wife and has no source of income and the husband is a lecturer. She submitted that the proceeding filed by the husband for divorce in the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Kandhar, District Nanded be transferred to the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Udgir, District Latur.

Prayer Clause 'B' of the application reads as under : - "B) By allowing this Misc. Civil Application, the Hindu marriage Petition No.11/2023 pending before the court, of Civil Judge Senior Division,Kandhar, Dist. Nanded may kindly be transferred to the learned Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, at Udgir, Tq. Udgir, Dist. Latur." 4.

For the reasons stated in the application, more particularly for the reason that the applicant has no source of income and she is residing at her parents house along with her child, and that the proceeding is at Kandhar District Latur, the application is allowed in terms of prayer Clause 'B' as above.

The application is disposed of.
