For the reasons set out in the aforesaid civil applications, the same are made absolute in terms of prayer clause (b) by condoning the delay caused in bringing the L.Rs. on record. Necessary amendment be

- 3 - carried out within two weeks. Once the amendment is carried out, the appellants to take steps to serve the L.Rs. within a period of two weeks thereafter and file affidavit of service. The civil applications are disposed of accordingly.
