Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondent.

The learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions submits that the petitioners be permitted to withdraw this petition. The learned counsel further submits that the directions be given to the Industrial Court, Dhule to dispose of the pending revision application within 8 weeks from today. The learned counsel further submitted that the Labour Court is compelling the petitioners to appear before the Labour Court inspite of the order of the Industrial Court, hence requested to pass appropriate orders.

The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to decide the revision application within 8 weeks. 4.

I have heard both the learned counsel. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petition is

1811.2023WP.odt allowed to withdraw with aforesaid liberty.

The Industrial Court, Dhule is requested to dispose of the revision application filed by the petitioners within 8 weeks after receipt of this order.

The Labour Court shall not insist the petitioners for their personal appearance till decessioin of the revision application. 7.

The petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
