The petition seeks direction for execution of the Darkhast pending before the Executing Court pursuant to the award in the reference under section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act. The petitioners are also required to take steps for effective execution of the Darkhast. The petitioners may also file necessary application for issuance of warrant, of course, in case there are no prohibitory orders with regard to the Darkhast.

The Executing Court shall endeavour to decide the Darkhast, expeditiously. The petitioners shall also take effective steps in the matter.
