Notice. Learned A.G.P. waives notice for all the respondents and submits that in case the application filed by the petitioner is pending with respondent no.3, respondent no.3 would take decision upon it, on its own merits.

It is submitted that even Tahsildar has submitted report after making an enquiry. In view of that in case the application/ representation filed by the petitioner is pending with respondent no.3 (page 17 Exh.'B'), then respondent no.3 shall decide the same in accordance with law on its own merits, as early as possible and preferably within a period of six months from today.

The petitioner may represent himself before the authority. 5.

Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
