Heard learned counsel for the appellant and learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1 to 5. Both the learned counsel submits that the matter is settled between parties out of court. They have tendered compromise pursis. It is taken on record and marked Exh. "Y" for identification. The officer of appellant Insurance Company as well as respondent Nos. 1 and 5 are present before this Court. 2.
Considering the submissions of learned counsel for both the parties as well as the terms of compromise pursis, the first appeal is disposed of.

The court fee be refunded as per Rule. Respondent Nos. 1 to 5 are permitted to withdraw the deposited amount as per the compromise pursis. The appellant is also entitled for the amount as per the compromise pursis.
