The learned Advocate for the Petitioner/ Applicant submits, on instructions, that the proposal of the Petitioner, has been forwarded. It is mentioned at Sr.No.8 in the Annexure-'A' to the communication dated 27.06.2022 addressed by the District Health Officer, Zilla Parishad, Dharashiv, to the Additional Secretary, Health Department, Government of Maharashtra, Mumbai, that a decision in view of the last paragraph of the communication needs to be taken by the Respondent No.1. If

The learned AGP submits that this Court may grant a reasonable time.

In view of the above, we grant 45 days time from today to Respondent No.1, to take a decision on the said communication dated 27.06.2022 and, thereafter, convey the decision to the Petitioner within a period of 45 days. 4.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition stands disposed off.
