Issue notice to the Respondents. The learned AGP waives service of notice on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 and 2. Shri Ghute, the learned Advocate waives service of notice on behalf of Respondent Nos. 3 and 4/Zilla Parishad, Latur.

The Petitioner has already been transferred by an order dated 21.03.2023 and relieved on 15.05.2023. The place where she is transferred is one of the 30 choices that she had opted for. A further request is made for a transfer within 30 kms. of her husband. 3.

The learned Advocate for the Zilla Parishad submits that if it is practicable and feasible and if there is a vacancy, only then the Petitioner'

s request will be entertained.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the representation of the Petitioner dated 07.12.2023 may be considered in the light of the statement made by the learned Advocate for the Zilla Parishad.
