Learned Senior Advocate for applicant submits that in the charge sheet applicant is not arrayed as accused. He however, express apprehension that if during the course of further investigation under section 173(8) of Cr.P.C., applicant is arrayed as accused then he may be given advance notice by the investigating officer.
