The application is filed for addition of one Mrs. Priya Shinde, Assistant Director, Adult Education Department Pune as respondent. It is contended that the present respondent No.4 Mr. P.N. Supe, who was working on this post, is transfered to other place and Mrs. Shinde is now holding that post and so she needs to be added as the respondent.

As the present proceeding is a contempt proceeding, the persons who were holding the post at the relevant time can be made answerable and not the person who is now holding the post, the application is rejected.
