Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.G.P. for the respondent.

This is a successive bail application on the ground of no progress in the trial. Since the allegations have been made against the system, the progress report of the trial has been called. The report reveals that the trial Court was going to frame the charges on 13.06.2023. However, the learned counsel for the applicant had moved an application for bail. Lastly, it was rejected on 23.08.2023. On some occasions, he was not produced from jail. When he was produced before the Court, learned counsel for the accused again orally submitted that they moved bail applications before the Hon'ble High Court and sought time to frame the charge. The report is clear that the accused was asking for time
