It is informed by both the learned advocates that, now the matter is settled between the petitioner and respondent No. 4. The parties have entered into compromise terms and duly verified the same before the Section Officer of this Court. Both the parties are present before the Court and are identified by the respective learned advocates. 2.
In view of the compromise the learned advocate for respondent No. 4 has stated that, she had filed the proceeding due to misunderstanding and now her grievance stands redressed. 3.
Learned advocate for the Zilla Parishad and the Education Officer
2 41-wp 1065-2020.odt (Primary) have also no objection to dispose off the matter in terms of compromise.

Respondent No. 1-State has also no objection. Learned A.G.P. submits to pass appropriate order.

Since the parties have arrived at compromise and since the compromise terms are already executed, it is in the interest of justice to dispose off the matter. The compromise terms are taken on record and marked as Annexure "X" for the purpose of identification. 6.
In view of the compromise, the impugned order dated 20.12.2018 stands quashed. The writ petition therefore is disposed off. ( KISHORE C. SANT, J. ) P.S.B.
