The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant was unable to pay an amount of Rs. 3300/- to the newspaper 'Divya Marathi', Nagpur edition for publishing notice issued by this Court on 26th April, 2019. She is unable to generate this amount for spending for publishing the Court notice. 2.

I find from the record that the notice was issued by this Court on two occasions and on both the occasions the report is that the respondent was out of station at the time of service. 3.

The learned Advocate for the applicant submits that there is every reason to disbelieve the report of the Bailiff since the sole respondent attends the proceedings in PA-1192 of 2018

2 M.C.A. 229/2018 before the Family Court at Nagpur. He also attends the proceedings in PA-200 of 2018 filed by the applicant-wife before the Family Court at Aurangabad.

Considering the above, the applicant is permitted to make an application before both the Family Courts at Nagpur and Aurangabad, in the respective cases, and place a copy of this order on record before the said Family Courts so as to be served upon the respondent-husband in the said proceedings. The applicant would tender an application alongwith copy of this order, before both the Family Courts. It should be brought to the notice of the learned Family Courts at Nagpur and Aurangabad that, in the peculiar circumstances as recorded above, the respondent is being served in this manner.

List this application for urgent admission hearing on 26th July, 2019.

Interim relief granted earlier shall continue until further orders.
