Mr.Biradar, learned advocate for the petitioner, submits that after the petitioner has passed 10th and 12th standard examinations, the petitioner went in adoption. After adoption, name of the petitioner has undergone change. The petitioner sought correction in the school record and SSC certificate, however, the same has not been considered. The adoption of the petitioner has taken place after he passed 10th and 12th standard examinations. The name of the petitioner, in pursuance to the adoption, has undergone change. In the light of that, the record, which was in the earlier name at the time of passing 10th and 12th standard examinations, cannot be changed subsequently. The petitioner has already got

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
