The Writ Petition impugned the concurrent finding of facts recorded by the District Judge-1, Amalner, dated 03.11.2023, passed in Miscellaneous Civil Appeal No. 05/2023, thereby, rejecting the said Miscellaneous Civil Appeal arising out of the order passed by the learned 3rd Joint Civil Judge Junior Division, Amalner, dated 09.01.2023, passed below exhibit 5, which came to be rejected. 2.

I do not find any perversity in the orders passed by the Courts below. However, considering the facts that the suit is of year 2021, I am inclined to expedite the same by requesting the learned 3rd Joint Civil Judge, Junior Division, Amalner, to expedite Regular Civil Suit No. 26/2021 and make an endeavor to decide the same within a period of nine months from today.
