Heard. We are not inclined to entertain this petition. We leave it to the respondents to consider the representation filed by the petitioner on its own merits. However, the petitioner should receive the subsistence allowance during the period of suspension as per relevant rules/procedure and to that extent the respondents shall take appropriate steps.
