After hearing the learned Advocate for petitioner at length when this Court was not inclined to grant relief, the learned Advocate on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw present petition with liberty to approach the Competent Authority established under Government Resolution dated 07.10.2017, issued by the Revenue and Forest Department, for implementation of the scheme propounded by the Government for the benefits of farmers from drought affected areas. 2.
